التوكيل بالخصومة يخول الوكيل سلطة القيام بالأعمال والاجراءات اللازمة لرفع الدعوى
ومتابعتها أو الدفاع فيها ، واتخاذ
الاجراءات التحفطية الى أن يصدر الحكم في موضوعها في درجة التقاضي التي وكل فيها
وتبليغ هذا الحكم.
