1 ) في ما عدا حالة الضرورةالتي يجب اثبات أسبابها في المحضر لا يجوز للمحكمة تأجيل الدعوى
لمدة تزيد على خمسة عشر
يوما في كل مرة أو التأجيل أكثر من مرة لسبب واحد يرجع الى أحد الخصوم.
2 ) ولا يجوز حجز القضية للحكم لمدة تزيد على ثلاثين يوما واذا أعيدت القضية للمرافعة وجب أن
يكون ذلك لأسباب جدية
