Article text
( استثناء من احكام المواد 19 ) ( و 20 ) ( و 21 ) من هذا القانون ، يحظر على امين المكتب ذكر اسم
الوالد او الوالدة او
كليهما معا وان طلب اليه ذلك في أي من الحالتين التاليتين:-
أ-اذا كان الوالدان من المحارم.
ب- اذا كانت الوالدة متزوجة وكان المولود من غير زوجها.
