الزواج والطلاق
أ-على الجهات المختصة بتنظيم عقود الزواج ووثائق الطلاق ان تثبت عليها الرقم الوطني
ومكان القيد المدني ورقمه لكل
من الزوجين وان تقدم خلال ثلاثين يوما نسخة مما تنظمه الى امين المكتب الذي حدثت الواقعة
بدائرة اختصاصه.
ب- على امين المكتب تنفيذ العقود والشهادات في السجل الخاص بعد ختمها والتأشير عليها
برقم الواقعة.
