لا يجوز لأي شخص الحصول على اكثر من بطاقة شخصية واحدة او دفتر عائلة واحد ، ويلتزم بابراز
أي منهما الى
الجهات المختصة كلما طلب ايه ذلك ، كما لا يجوز لأي مسؤول في هذه الجهات الاحتفاظ بها او
حجزها لأي سبب
كان الا في حالتي التزوير او التلاعب مع وجوب اشعار الدائرة بذلك.
