لا يجوز للأشخاص الطبيعيين او الاعتباريين بما في ذلك الوزارات والدوائر والمؤسسات العامة
والجامعات والمعاهد والمدارس
ان يقبلوا او يستخدموا او يستبقوا في خدمتهم شخصا اردنيا بصفته موظفا او مستخدما او طالبا
الا اذا كان حاصلا على البطاقة
الشخصية او دفتر العائلة لمن هم دون السادسة عشرة من العمر.
