Article text
بالإضافة الى الرسوم المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون:-
أ- تستوفي الدائرة مبلغا مقداره عشرة دنانير من كل أردني:-
1 - بلغ الثامنة عشرة من العمر ولم يحصل على بطاقة شخصية.
2 ( - أصبح رب أسرة ولم يحصل على دفتر عائلة وفقا لأحكام الفقرة )ب( من المادة 38 ) من هذا

ب- تستوفي الدائرة مبلغا مقداره خمسون دينارا من كل من اكتسب الجنسية الأردنية أو فقدها
( أو تخلى عنها ولم يلتزم بأحكام الفقرتين )ج( و)د( من المادة 38 ) من هذا القانون.
