لا تقتطع العائدات التقاعدية من راتب الموظف عن الخدمة المقبولة للتقاعد بموجب احكام
الفقرتين (د ، هـ ) من المادة الخامسة
من هذا القانون باستثناء المدة التي تقاضى راتبا عنها.
