يجري حساب المكافأة التي لم تحدد في هذا القانون على اساس جزء من اثني عشر جزءاً من
راتب الموظف الشهري الاخير عن
كل شهر كامل من خدمته المقبولة للتقاعد على ان لا يقل مقدار المكافأة عن مجموع العائدات
التقاعدية التي اقتطعت من
رواتبه او يقل عن راتب شهر واحد ، وتسري احكام المادة العشرين من هذا القانون عند تطبيق
احكام هذه المادة.
