يقطع راتب التقاعد عن الزوجات والبنات والامهات عند تزوجهن على ان يعاد اليهن استحقاقهن
اذا اصبحن ارامل او مطلقات.
اما البنات والامهات اللواتي كن متزوجات عند وفاة وفاة ابيهن او ولدهن
ولم يستفدن وقتئذ من راتب مورثهن ثم اصبحن ارامل او مطلقات فينلن نصيبهن من تاريخ
الترمل او الطلاق وفاقاً لاحكام
هذا القانون.
