أ- تحدد علاوات غلاء المعيشة المقررة للمتقاعدين بموجب تعليمات يصدرها مجلس الوزراء
استنادا لاحكام هذا القانون على
ان تحدد فيها مقاديرها ونسبة الزيادات السنوية عليها واسس صرفها واصحاب الاستحقاق واي
صاحب حق فيها .
ب- الى ان تصدر التعليمات المشار اليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة يستمر العمل بتعليمات
علاوة غلاء المعيشة للمتقاعدين
لسنة 1981 وتعديلاتها وتعتبر وكأنها صادرة بمقتضى احكام هذا القانون .
