Article text
( أ- تلغى جميع الاحكام الواردة في قانون استقلال القضاء رقم 19 ) لسنة 1955 والتي تتعارض
مع احكام هذا القانون.
( ب- يلغى قانون التقاعد رقم 3 ) لسنة 1941 ( ويلغى القانون رقم 25 ) لسنة 1954 مع جميع
تعديلاتهما.
( ج- يلغى القانون المعدل لقانون التقاعد المدني )المؤقت( رقم 10 ) لسنة 2010 .
) د- يعتبر الجدول الملحق بقانون التقاعد رقم 3 ) لسنة 1941 وما اضيف اليه بموجب القانون رقم (
16 ) لسنة 1942 ملحقاً
