توزيع حصيلة التنفيذ
أ- يدفع المأمور من المبالغ التي تم تحصيلها بالتنفيذ النفقات التنفيذية التي صرفها الدائن في
سبيل تحصيل تلك المبالغ .
ب- مع مراعاة ما يترتب لاصحاب حقوق الامتياز تقسم المبالغ التي جرى تحصيلها بين الدائنين
الذين تقدموا ( بالسندات التنفيذية المنصوص عليها في المادة 6 ) من هذا القانون .
