Article text
أ- اذا توفي الدائن قبل تقديم طلب التنفيذ فلورثته تقديمه مرفقا بالوثائق التي تثبت صفتهم .
ب- اذا وقعت وفاة الدائن اثناء التنفيذ يحل ورثته محله اذا ابرز أي منهم الوثائق التي تثبت
صفتهم .
