إذا طلب المحكوم له إلقاء الحجز على أموال المحكوم عليه المنقولة وغير المنقولة ووافق الرئيس على
طلبه، فيتعين على المأمور أن يعمم فوراً على الجهات ذات العلاقة جميعها لوضع إشارة الحجز على أموال
المحكوم عليه لديها في حدود المبلغ المطروح للتنفيذ.
