Article text
التنفيذ على اموال المدين
لا يجوز التنفيذ على ما يلي :-
أ-الاموال العامة واموال الوقف .
ب-اموال السفارات الاجنبية والهيئات الدبلوماسية .
ج- الأموال التي تتمتع بالحصانة من إجراءات التنفيذ وفق أحكام الاتفاقيات الدولية.
د-الامتيازات والرخص الممنوحة من الدولة .
