حجز مال المدين لدى الغير
أ- للدائن ان يوقع الحجز على ما يكون لمدينه من الاموال المنقولة لدى الغير او من المبالغ او
الديون ولو كانت مؤجلة او معلقة على شرط .
ب- لا يجوز الحجز على ما يتقاضاه الموظفون والمستخدمون والمتقاعدون والعمال الا بمقدار
ثلث مجموع ما يتقاضونه باستثناء النفقة المقررة .
