لا يجوز للمأمور كسر الابواب او فض الاقفال بالقوة لغايات تنفيذ الحجز الا بناء على قرار من
الرئيس وبحضور افراد الشرطة او شخصين من الجوار مع وجوب التوقيع على المحضر والا كان
اجراء الحجز باطلا .
