اذا كان الحجز على ثمار متصلة او مزروعات قائمة وجب ان يبين في المحضر وبدقة رقم قطعة
الارض وموقعها ومساحتها وحدودها مع نوع المزروعات والاشجار وما ينتظر ان يحصد او يجنى او
ينتج منها وقيمته على وجه التقريب .
