Article text
اذا وجد المأمور ان الاشياء المطلوب حجزها محجوزة لحساب جهة اخرى فلا يوقع الحجز عليها ثانية
وانما يحجز ما يجده غير داخل في محضر الحجز الاول ويعلم الدائرة التي وضعت الحجز الاول
والحارس باشتراك الحاجز الجديد وعندئذ تصبح جميع الاشياء المذكورة محجوزة لمصلحة الدينين
معا .
