يشتمل محضر البيع على ذكر جميع اجراءات البيع وما لقيه المأمور من الاعتراضات والعقبات وما
اتخذه بشأنها وحضور المحجوز عليه او غيابه والثمن الذي رسا به المزاد وايداعه وعلى اسم من
رسا عليه وتوقيعه .
