( اذا ظهر ان بدل مزاد الاموال غير المنقولة المعروضة للبيع ينقص بمقدار 25 ) فأكثر من قيمتها %
المقدرة وجب على الرئيس ان يعيد طرح هذه الاموال في المزاد لمدة ثلاثين يوماً ولمرة واحدة ثم
يقرر الاحالة القطعية للمزايد الاخير بالبدل الاعلى .
