Article text
أ- تُستأنف إلى محكمة البداية بصفتها الاستئنافية:-
الأحكام الصادرة وجاهياً أو وجاهياً اعتبارياً في القضايا 1-
الحقوقية خلال عشرة أيام من اليوم التالي لتاريخ
. صدورها
القرارات الصادرة عن قاضي الأمور المستعجَلة خلال 2-
. عشرة أيام من اليوم التالي لتاريخ تبليغها
ب- تفصل محكمة البداية بصفتها الاستئنافية بالطعون
المقدمة إليها تدقيقاً ما لم تقرر خلاف ذلك.
ج- تُحفظ أوراق الدعوى في قلم محكمة الصلح، إلا إذا
استأنف أحدُ الطرفين الحكمَ المنهي للخصومة، فترسلها
المحكمة إلى قلم المحكمة المستأنَف لديها بعد أن تبلغ
صورة عن لائحة الاستئناف إلى الفريق الثاني، وله أن يقدم
لائحة بدفاعه خلال عشرة أيام من اليوم التالي لتاريخ
تبليغه لائحة الاستئناف.
