إجازة الحج
( أ- يجوز منح الموظف إجازة لأداء فريضة الحج لا تزيد مدتها على 21 ) يوما متصلة لمرة واحدة طيلة
مدة عمله في الخدمة المدنية.
ب- لا تحتسب إجازة الحج من الإجازة السنوية للموظف، ويستحق خلالها راتبه الاساسي وعلاواته
كاملة عن مدتها.
ج - تمنح إجازة الحج بقرار من الأمين العام بناء على تنسيب المدير المباشر للموظف .
