Article text
أ- تصنف الوظائف في مجموعات تتضمن كل منها الوظائف المتماثلة من حيث طبيعة عملها
ومستوى مهامها ومسؤولياتها والمؤهلات المطلوبة لإشغالها.
- ب 1 -تشكل لجنة برئاسة رئيس الديوان وعضوية كل من امين عام الديوان ومدير عام المعهد
ومدير عام دائرة الموازنة
العامة ومدير عام مؤسسة التدريب المهني ورئيس المركز الوطني لتنمية الموارد البشرية
تتولى إعداد تعليمات وصف وتصنيف الوظائف لجميع
الفئات والتنسيب بشأنها للمجلس لاقرارها ومتابعة ما يتعلق بشؤونها من تحديث وتعديل
وتقديم الدعم الفني للدوائر.
2 - يسمي رئيس اللجنة أحد المديرين في الديوان مقرراً لها.
3 - للجنة في سبيل قيامها بمهامها الاستعانة بمن تراه من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص للاستئناس
