( توقع على الموظف وفق احكام الفقرة )أ( من المادة 142 ) من هذا النظام احدى العقوبات
( الواردة في البنود من 1 ) ( الى 6 ) من
( الفقرة )أ( من المادة 141 ) من هذا النظام اذا تغيب عن عمله دون اجازة قانونية أو دون عذر مشروع
( وذلك مع مراعاة احكام المادة 22 ) من هذا النظام.
