الفصل الثامن عشر
انتهاء الخدمة
تنتهي خدمة الموظف في أي من الحالات التالية:-
أ- قبول الاستقالة.
ب-انتهاء مدة العقد أو إنهائه.
ج-فقد الوظيفة.
د-عدم اللياقة الصحية.
هـ- الاستغناء عن الخدمة.
و- العزل من الوظيفة.
ز- بلوغ السن القانونية لانتهاء أو إنهاء الخدمة على أن تراعى أحكام هذا النظام وقانون التقاعد
المدني.
ح- فقد الجنسية الأردنية.
ط-للتسريح من الخدمة.
ي- إنهاء الخدمة أو الإعفاء منها.
ك- الإحالة على التقاعد أو الاستيداع.
ل- الوفاة .
