Article text
أ- يتقاضى الموظف راتبه الاساسي من مخصصات الوظيفة التي يشغلها بصورة فعلية
ويستحق الزيادة السنوية اذا استوفى شروطها في 31/12
من كل سنة ما لم يصدر قرار بحجبها عنه وتوقع براءة الزيادة من الامين العام او من يفوضه
بذلك.
- ب 1 - يمنح الموظف تحت التجربة في السنة الاولى الزيادة السنوية في 31/12 منها اذا كان قد
مضى على تعيينه ثمانية اشهر على الاقل.
2 - اذا قلت خدمة الموظف الفعلية عن ثمانية أشهر فيمنح زيادة مالية بنسبة من الزيادة السنوية
تعادل عدد أشهر الخدمة الى السنة كاملة وتحسب هذه الزيادة لمرة واحدة على ان يمنح بعد
ذلك الزيادة عن السنة كاملة في 31/12 من كل سنة.
ج- يؤدي منح الزيادات السنوية كحوافز للموظف او لاي غرض اخر الى الانتقال للسنة او السنوات
التي تلي السنة التي كان يشغلها في الدرجة نفسها او الدرجة التي تليها مباشرة وفق عدد تلك
الزيادات.
