يمارس الموظف المعين في وظائف الفئة الثالثة مهام الوظيفة التي تم تعيينه فيها
وواجباتها بصورة فعلية وبما يتفق والوصف الوظيفي
المحدد في تعليمات وصف وتصنيف وظائف هذه الفئة ولا يجوز نقله من الوظيفة التي عين
فيها إلا ضمن هذه الفئة.
