إعادة التعيين
أ- إذا أُعيد موظف سابق إلى الخدمة المدنية فلا يجوز تعيينه في درجة أعلى من الدرجة التي كان
يشغلها عندما انتهت خدمته أو براتب
اساسي أعلى من الراتب الاساسي الذي كان يتقاضاه في ذلك الوقت إلا إذا كان قد حصل على
مؤهل علمي جديد أو على خبرة تتفق مع الوظيفة
التي سيعين فيها فتطبق عليه في هذه الحالة أحكام هذا النظام فيما يتعلق بذلك المؤهل
وتلك الخبرة.
ب - يستثنى من أحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة الموظف الذي أعيد تعيينه بموجب عقد شامل
. لجميع العلاوات
ج- يخضع كل من يتم تعيينه وفقا لاحكام الفقرتين (أ) و(ب) من هذه المادة لاحكام قانون
الضمان الاجتماعي.
