Article text
أ - تطبق أحكام نظام إدارة الموارد البشرية في القطاع العام والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه
على الموظفين المعينين وفقاً لأحكام هذا النظام في الأمور التي لم ينص عليها فيه.
ب- كل حالة تنشأ عن تطبيق أحكام هذا النظام لم يرد نص عليها فيه تعرض على مجلس
الوزراء ليتخذ القرار المناسب بشأنها.
ج- تحل كلمة (الهيئة) محل كلمة (المجلس) وعبارة (رئيس الديوان) حيثما ورد النص عليها في
هذا النظام.
