( يلغى نظام الخدمة المدنية رقم 82 ) لسنة 2013 ، على أن يستمر
العمل بالتعليمــات والقرارات الصـــادرة بمقتضاه إلـــى أن تلغى
أو تعدل أو يستبدل غيرها بها وفقاً لأحكام هذا النظام.
