يتم ارفاق الوثائق التالية عند تقديم طلب التسجيل بالسجل :
أ- سند تسجيل العقار الذي تملكه جمعيات المالكين المكونة لاتحاد المالكين .
ب- ( صورة طبق الاصل عن النظام الداخلي لاتحاد المالكين وموقع ممن يمثلون 75 ) فأكثر %
من إجمالي اعضاء الهيئة العامة لاتحاد المالكين ومصادق على النظام من كاتب عدل مختص
( وعلى ان يراعى عند المصادقة احكام البنود 2 , 1 ) ( من المادة رقم 17 ) من نظام ادارة القسم
( المشترك في العقار والمجمع العقاري رقم 89 ) لسنة 2020
ج- اسم العضو المفوض من مجلس ادارة اتحاد المالكين .
د- صورة عن محاضر اجتماع الهيئة العامة للاتحاد.
هـ- نسخة عن العقود المبرمة بين اتحاد المالكين والغير .
