يدرج في السجل كل من البيانات التالية :-
أ- رقم العقار الخاص بجمعية المالكين المكونة لاتحاد المالكين
ب- اسم اتحاد المالكين وعلى ان يتضمن اسم الاتحاد ما يدل على ان مالك الاسم هو اتحاد
المالكين المكون من جمعيات مالكين .
ج- النظام الداخلي للاتحاد واي تغيير او تعديل يطرأ عليه .
د- اسماء اعضاء مجلس ادارة الاتحاد واي تغيير او تعديل يطرأ عليه
