يعتبر مجموع مالكي الوحدات العقارية بالبناء اعضاء في جمعية المالكين حكما حال تثبيت
ملكيتهم في السجل العقاري ويفقدون هذه العضوية في حال انتقلت ملكية الوحدة العقارية
إلى مالك آخر ولكل عضو في الهيئة العامة لجمعية المالكين صوت واحد عند التصويت في
اجتماع الهيئة العامة ولو كان يملك اكثر من وحدة عقارية في البناء.
