المادة 14 -
يعتبر بدل الاجارة الذي حدده هذا القانون مطبقا من تاريخ نفاذ أحكامه ويسري على العقود
السارية المعقودة
قبل ذلك دون مساس بتواريخ الاستحقاق المبينة في تلك العقود.
