أ- يخضع قرار لجنة إزالة الشيوع في العقار النهائي الفاصل في طلب إزالة الشيوع للطعن لدى
( المحكمة خلال 30 ) ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ صدوره اذا كان وجاهيا ومن تاريخ تبليغه اذا كان غير ذلك
.
ب- تنظر المحكمة في الطعن في قرار اللجنة مرافعة ويكون قرارها بهذا الشأن قطعياً.
