تنقل إشارة الحجز أو الرهن التي كانت مدرجة في السجل العقاري للعقار الذي جرت إزالة الشيوع
فيه أو على حصة شريك فيه إلى السجل العقاري للعقارات الناتجة من إزالة الشيوع أو العقار
الذي آل إلى الشريك مالك الحصة المحجوزة أو المرهونة، فإذا بيع العقار أو الحصة نتيجة إزالة
الشيوع انتقل حق الحاجز أو الدائن المرتهن إلى ثمنه.
