الفصل السابع
تملك وإيجار غير الأردنيين والأشخاص الحكميين للعقارات
أ- يجوز لغير الأردني وللشخص الحكمي أن يتملك عقاراً
في المملكة بعد حصوله على إذن بذلك وفقاً للأحكام
والغايات المبينة في هذا الفصل.
ب- يحظر على غير الاردني تملك العقارات في المناطق
الحدودية والأثرية والتاريخية وأي مناطق أخرى يقررها المجلس .
ج- يشترط لتملك غير الاردني للعقارات داخل المملكة موافقة وزير الداخلية على طلب التملك
وفقاً لتعليمات يصدرها لهذه الغاية.
