Real Property Ownership Law No. 13 of 2019
Article text
أ- يجوز لغير الأردني وللشخص الحكمي أن يكتسب حقاً
عينياً عقارياً في المملكة بعد حصوله على إذن بذلك
وفقاً للأحكام المبينة في هذا الفصل .
ب- تسري أحكام تملك غير الاردني والشخص الحكمي
للعقار على اكتسابه الحقوق العينية العقارية .
ج- للمجلس إخضاع حق تملك الأشخاص الذين يحملون
وثائق وجوازات سفر مؤقتة للأموال غير المنقولة في
المملكة وفقاً لأحكام هذا الفصل إلى موافقة مسبقة
وبناءً على تنسيب الوزير المستند إلى توصية وزير
الداخلية.
