Article text
أ- يقدم غير الاردني والشخص الحكمي طلب إذن بتملك
عقار إلى الدائرة، وفقا للإجراءات المحددة بتعليمات
يصدرها المدير لهذه الغاية .
ب- يخاطب المدير، عند طلب الاذن بتملك عقار، في أي
من الحالات الواردة في هذا الفصل، الجهات المعنية
لإبداء رأيها فيه.
ج- يرفع طلب الاذن بتملك العقار الى الجهة المختصة
بمنحه وفق احكام هذا الفصل لتصدر قرارها بشأنه وعليها
مراعاة رأي الجهات المعنية في الطلب.
د - تحدد بقرار من المجلس الجهات المعنية التي تجب
مخاطبتها لإبداء رأيها في طلب تملك العقار في كل حالة
من حالات تملك العقار المنصوص عليها في هذا الفصل.
