Article text
أ- لغير الأردنيين، طبيعيين كانوا أم حكميين، استئجار
عقارات في المملكة لمزاولة أعمالهم أو للسكن بإذن
من وزير الداخلية على ان يتم ذلك بمقتضى نظام يصدر
لهذه الغاية .
- ب 1 - ( مع مراعاة احكام البند 2 ) من الفقرة (ب) من هذه
المادة يجوز للأشخاص غير الاردنيين استئجار اموال غير
منقولة في المملكة لمقاصد العمل او السكن.
2 - اذا كان الايجار يتعلق بارض تزيد مساحتها على عشرة
دونمات ولمدة تزيد في مجموعها على ثلاث سنوات
فعلى الشخص غير الاردني طالب الايجار الحصول على
موافقة وزير الداخلية او من يفوضه وذلك تحت طائلة
البطلان ، وتُحدد الاجراءات المتعلقة بتسجيل تلك العقود
بتعليمات يصدرها وزير الداخلية لهذه الغاية.
