أ للوزير بناء على تنسيب المدير المستند الى توصية من -
وزير الخارجية منح الاذن بتملك العقارات داخل حدود
-: التنظيم لأي من
1 - البعثات الدبلوماسية المعتمدة لمزاولة أعمالها وسكن
رؤسائها وافرادها شريطة معاملة بلادها للبعثات
الدبلوماسية الأردنية بالمثل .
2 - المنظمات العربية والإقليمية والدولية المعتمدة في
. المملكة لمزاولة أعمالها وسكن ممثليها
ب- يبت المجلس في أي حالة غير منصوص عليها في
الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة.
