أ- للشخص الحكمي، أردنياً كان أم غير أردني، أن يتملك، وبقصد الاستثمار، خارج حدود مناطق
التنظيم عقارات لمزاولة أعماله المحددة ضمن غاياته المدرجة في الوثائق القانونية لتسجيله
بإذن يمنح وفقا للصلاحيات التالية:-
1 ( - بقرار من الوزير بناء على تنسيب المدير لقطعة أرض لا تزيد مساحتها على 200 ) مئتي دونم .
2 ( - بقرار من المجلس بناء على تنسيب الوزير لقطعة أرض تزيد مساحتها على 200 . ) مئتي دونم
ب- على الرغم مما ورد في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة، يمنح الإذن للشخص الحكمي الذي من
ضمن غاياته مزاولة نشاط التأجير التمويلي بأنواعه، بقرار من المدير إذا كان التملك خارج حدود
مناطق التنظيم لغاية التأجير التمويلي فقط.
