Article text
أ يحظر على غير الاردني والشخص الحكمي الذي تملك عقارا وفقا لأحكام هذا الفصل التصرف -
في العقار تصرفا ناقلا للملكية بأي صورة قبل مضي المدد المنصوص عليها في المادة ( 149 )
. من هذا القانون
( ب- مع مراعاة احكام الفقرة )أ( من المادة 152 ) من هذا القانون، للوزير بناء على تنسيب المدير
وطلب من المالك ولأسباب مبررة ان يأذن له بالتصرف في العقار بنقل ملكيته قبل انقضاء
( المدد المنصوص عليها في المادة 149 ) من هذا القانون.
ج- تستثنى من أحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة العقارات
التي تم تملكها بقصد تطويرها أو استثمارها في إنشاء
وحدات سكنية أو تجارية أو صناعية عليها لغايات بيعها،
ويسمح لمالكي تلك العقارات ببيعها بعد تطويرها أو بعد
إنشاء تلك الوحدات عليها، بمقتضى تعليمات يصدرها
المدير لهذه الغاية.
