Article text
لغايات تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون، تعتبر مدد إنجاز
المشروع المحددة قبل نفاذ أحكامه، المنتهية منها وغير
المنتهية ممددة حكماً لغايات إنجاز المشروع الذي تم
تملك العقار من أجله، على أن لا يتجاوز التمديد اربع سنوات
إذا كان التملك لمزاولة اعماله أو للسكن و ست سنوات
إذا كان التملك لأي سبب آخر وذلك من تاريخ نفاذ أحكام
هذا القانون.
