لغايات هذا الفصل يتولى المدير إصدار التعليمات اللازمة
لتنظيم آلية الاحتفاظ بسجلات عن تملك أي شخص أو
جهة بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون ، على أن تتضمن هذه
السجلات اسم المالك وأي معلومات تتعلق به ، وما يملكه
من عقارات، وأوصافها، ومساحاتها، والقصد من تملكها،
وتاريخ تملكه لها، ومدى إنجازه المشروع، وأي إجراءات
تمت على العقار الذي تملكه.
