لغايات تملك العقار وفقاً لأحكام هذا الفصل:-
أ -يتم احتساب الحد الأعلى للتملك على أساس ما يملكه
الشخص بشكل تراكمي .
ب- تعد الحصة الشائعة في ملكية عقار ملكية تامة له.
