Real Property Ownership Law No. 13 of 2019
Article text
أ- يسقط مفعول الإذن بتملك العقار بعدم العمل به
خلال سنة واحدة من تاريخ صدور القرار بمنحه .
ب- تطبق أحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة على أي إذن
بتملك عقار منح قبل نفاذ احكام هذا القانون .
