Real Property Ownership Law No. 13 of 2019
Article text
يستثنى من شرط الحصول على إذن بتملك العقار وفق أحكام هذا الفصل ما يلي:-
أ- تملك العقار بالانتقال بالإرث لأي من ورثة المالك أو بالتخارج بين الورثة.
ب- تملك فضلة طريق لتوحيدها مع عقار المالك وفقا لأحكام قانون تنظيم المدن و القرى
والأبنية وأي تشريع آخر.
ج- تملك المالك أو خلفه العام بالاسترداد عقارا مستملكا تخلى المستملك عن استملاكه وفقاً
لأحكام هذا القانون.
